Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping is free on every order. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 7–14 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Refunds & returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund for any reason. Email us with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we approve the return.

• Damaged or defective item: we replace it or refund you in full, no return needed. Just send a photo.
• Lost package: if tracking shows no delivery after 30 days, we refund you in full.

Privacy

We only collect what we need to process and deliver your order (name, shipping address, email, phone). Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number. We do not sell your personal information.

Terms

Use the vest as directed: power it only with a 5V USB power bank, unplug it before washing, and do not wear it while sleeping or on numb skin. Not recommended for children or anyone who can't feel heat. Prices are in USD.
