Is a battery included?
The vest-only option does not include a power bank. It works with any 5V USB power bank (10,000 mAh recommended). Pick the Ready-to-Wear Kit to get a power bank in the box.
How long does the heat last?
It depends on the power bank and the heat level. With 10,000 mAh, expect several hours on the low setting and less on high. Turning off zones you don't need makes it last longer.
How fast does it heat up?
You'll feel the panels warming within seconds of switching on, and they reach the selected level shortly after.
Which size should I get?
It fits true to size and is unisex. Check the size chart above. If you're between sizes or plan to layer a thick hoodie underneath, size up.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Unplug and remove the power bank, zip the vest into a laundry bag, wash on cold/gentle and air dry. Don't iron or tumble dry.
